About Reed
A Neighbor. A Leader. An Alabamian.
Reed Ingram has spent his life serving the people of Elmore and Montgomery Counties — as a neighbor, a businessman, a family man, and your State Representative.
His Story
Born and Raised Right Here
Reed Ingram is not a career politician who moved to the district to run for office. He was born and raised in the heart of Elmore County, and he has never left. His roots run deep in the red clay soil of central Alabama — and that's exactly where he intends to stay.
After graduating from local schools, Reed built a career in business that gave him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to make payroll, navigate regulations, and create jobs in a competitive economy. That real-world experience shapes every vote he casts in Montgomery.
First elected to the Alabama House of Representatives for District 75, Reed has built a record of conservative, commonsense leadership that reflects the values of the families he serves. He fights to keep taxes low, protect the unborn, support law enforcement, and invest in the schools and infrastructure that make our communities strong.
Family
Family First
Reed and his wife are proud parents who raised their sons here and are watching their grandchildren grow up here. For Reed, family isn't just a talking point. It's the reason he ran for office in the first place. He wants his grandchildren — and yours — to grow up in an Alabama that is safe, prosperous, and full of opportunity.
"I serve in the legislature to fight to preserve the values that we raised our children with and the values we want to see our grandchildren raised with."
— Reed Ingram
